1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using QRTix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use QRTix services.
2. Service Description
QRTix provides digital ticket issuance, QR code-based event management, and attendee verification tools for event organizers and participants. Features include:
- Online ticketing and registration
- QR code generation and scanning
- Secure check-in and attendance tracking
- Event analytics and reporting
- Attendee payment status integrations
- Communication and notification tools
- Exclusive staff login for check-in
3. User Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- Unauthorized use or access, including for illegal or harmful activities, is strictly prohibited
- QRTix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Payment & Fees
4.1 Payment Processing
Payment for tickets and services is processed securely via integrated payment gateways. All charges, fees, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase or subscription and must be cleared before the event starts.
4.2 Refunds
Refund policies may be governed by individual event organizer policies. QRTix facilitates but does not control refund decisions. Any refund requests should be directed to the event organizer.
4.3 Pricing
QRTix reserves the right to modify pricing for services. Active subscriptions will honor the pricing agreed upon at the time of purchase until renewal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, designs, and materials on QRTix remain the property of QRTix or its licensors. Use of our services does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute QRTix content without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use QRTix branding without written authorization
6. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers using QRTix must:
- Ensure events are conducted lawfully and ethically
- Provide accurate event information and communicate changes promptly
- Honor ticketing commitments made through QRTix
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate event insurance and liability coverage
- Handle customer service and support for their events
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Use QRTix for unlawful purposes or to violate any local, national, or international law
- Engage in fraudulent ticket sales or scalping
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer QRTix systems
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Violate any event's stated terms or policies
- Engage in automated data scraping or collection
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- QRTix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- QRTix is not liable for damages arising from use, inability to use, or failure of our technology
- Event organizers are independent parties and are responsible for event fulfillment
- QRTix is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or quality
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRTix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, QRTix does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
11. Termination
Accounts can be terminated for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:
- Your access to QRTix services will be revoked
- Certain obligations and rights may survive termination
- You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
- Event data may be retained as required by law
12. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of QRTix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless specified otherwise by local laws.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
